Police Investigate Home Invasion in Potomac
September 18, 2007 - 6:56pm

POTOMAC, Md. -- Police are searching for three men involved in an armed home invasion and robbery that took place in broad daylight in Potomac.

The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 9200 block of Marseilles Drive when several armed men rang the doorbell and forced their way inside the home, Montgomery County Police say.

Once inside, the men restrained the two adults inside the home, police say.

There were no injuries.

By the time police arrived at the home, the men were gone. It is unclear what the men may have taken.

The suspects are described as Hispanic men in their 20s, about 5 feet, 5 inches to 5 feet, 7 inches with thin builds. The men were wearing what appeared to be a uniform of blue pants and blue shirts, police say.

Yep, broad daylight - and not the exact time reported. That's why why I include incidents with pinpointed times in the weekly roundup.
