District 1 Rockville Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
HORNERS LANE N.,200 block, 7 to 7:27 p.m. March 14. An intoxicated man broke a window and attempted to enter a house when a female occupant refused to let him in. A male acquaintance of the occupant, 27, was arrested at the scene and charged with attempted residential burglary.
WINDY KNOLL CT.,3000 block, noon March 18. A man attempted to enter a residence but was interrupted when an occupant saw him inside the home. The man fled on foot.
District 2 Bethesda Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
HOLLOWSTONE DR.,11400 block, 1 a.m. March 17. A man entered a residence and fled when an occupant came to investigate the noise.
District 3 Silver Spring Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
MYLOTT ST.,12400 block, 1:10 p.m. March 13. Three males attempted to enter a residence and then fled to a residence on Herrington Manor Drive and entered it by force. Three males were arrested inside the second house and charged with unlawfully entering both houses.
STATESIDE CT.,9400 block, 7:30 p.m. March 12. A burglary occurred. Three males were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
District 5 Germantown Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
CLARKSBURG CROSSING DR.,12800 block, 5:10 to 5:20 p.m. March 12. A woman arrived home and heard voices inside. Property had been damaged at the residence.
DEMETRIAS WAY,13500 block, 1:20 to 1:37 a.m. March 13. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force. A 23-year-old former resident was arrested and charged with burglary in connection with the incident.
FALLING WATER CIR.,12900 block, 8 to 10:26 p.m. March 18. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.
Takoma Park
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
CHESTNUT AVE.,7500 block, 9:34 p.m. March 25. An attempt was made to enter a residence.
