DISTRICT 1 ROCKVILLE STATION
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
MONTROSE RD., 5900 block, 10:30 to 10:40 a.m. Aug. 26. A man broke into an occupied residence, then fled empty-handed when confronted.
NEEDWOOD RD., 7300 block, 2 to 2:33 a.m. Aug. 30. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.
DISTRICT 2 BETHESDA STATION
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
FRIENDSHIP BLVD., 5500 block, 1:05 p.m. Aug. 24. A residence was entered. Nothing was reported missing.
DISTRICT 3 SILVER SPRING STATION
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
BLACKBURN RD., 14700 block, 9:50 a.m. Aug. 26. An attempt was made to break into a residence.
COLGATE WAY, 13600 block, 12:45 p.m. Aug. 31. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force. Two men carrying black backpacks were seen leaving the premises.
COLGATE WAY, 13600 block, 12:45 p.m. Aug. 31. Property was stolen from an apartment entered by force.
HAMPTON POINT DR., 3300 block, 2:45 p.m. Aug. 30. An attempt was made to break into a residence. A man was seen fleeing the area.
WAYNE AVE., 3:39 a.m. Aug. 26. Property was stolen from a residence. Seven men, ages 18 to 21, and two females, ages 15 and 17, were arrested.

BUCKNELL DR., 11500 block, 11:40 p.m. Aug. 30. A man broke into an occupied residence, then fled when confronted. Nothing was reported missing.
SADDLEROCK RD., 11700 block, 11:45 to 11:59 p.m. Aug. 28. An attempt was made to break into a residence.
SPOTSWOOD DR., 1120 block, 12:15 a.m. Aug. 30. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS
DAMASCUS AREA, 11 p.m. Aug. 24 to 7 a.m. Aug. 25. A woman was sexually assaulted at a residence.

CIRCLEGATE DR., 19300 block, 5:30 p.m. Aug. 29. An attempt was made to break into a residence.
District 6 Gaithersburg Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
KING JAMES WAY, 17000 block, 9:40 p.m. Aug. 29. An attempt was made to break into a residence through a sliding-glass door. An 18-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested.
MERUST LANE, 9400 block, 12:35 a.m. Aug. 28. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.
Takoma Park
