DISTRICT 1 ROCKVILLE STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

FEATHER ROCK PL.,1 to 100 block, noon to 12:15 p.m. March 18. A man at a residence rang a doorbell, and an occupant who did not recognize him did not answer. After ringing the doorbell again, the intruder attempted to enter the residence by force. The man fled without gaining entry.

WINDY KNOLL CT.,3000 block, 12:50 p.m. March 18. A man rang a doorbell, and when the resident did not answer, attempted to enter by force. The assailant fled when he saw the occupant.



DISTRICT 3 SILVER SPRING STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CHERRY HILL RD.,12000 block, 2:37 a.m. March 24. A person wearing a mask attempted to enter a residence by forcing an outer door.

GREENWOOD AVE.,8500 block, 5:56 a.m. March 19. An attempt was made to enter a residence by cutting a window screen, but the intruder was interrupted when a sleeping resident awoke and called 911.

DISTRICT 4 WHEATON STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS
CRISFIELD RD.,12900 block, 4:15 a.m. March 25. A person entered a residence while occupants where inside the home. Police report the break-in was related to a domestic dispute.

PEBBLESTONE DR.,14400 block, 8 to 8:45 p.m. March 24. A person entered a residence by force but was interrupted when a resident heard a noise and went to investigate.

DISTRICT 5 GERMANTOWN STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

FALLING WATER CIR.,12900 block, 8 to 8:26 p.m. March 18. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

RHINESTONE DR.,19600 block, 12:30 to 12:45 p.m. March 19. A person entered private property and approached a residence. A resident scared off the robber.



DISTRICT 6 GAITHERSBURG STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

WATKINS MEADOW DR.,20400 block, 6 p.m. March 21. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

TAKOMA PARK

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

HOLLY AVE.,7300 block, 7:12 a.m. March 30. An attempt was made to enter a residence by force.

KENNEWICK AVE.,8100 block, 1:55 to 2 a.m. March 29. An attempt was made to enter a residence by force. Nothing was reported missing.
