DISTRICT 2 BETHESDA STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BROOKEWAY DR.,4900 block, 6 to 9 p.m. March 29. A woman entered a residence through an unlocked front door and went upstairs into a child's bedroom. Later in the evening, the resident went upstairs to put the child to bed and discovered the intruder sleeping in a bed. A woman, 38, of no fixed address was arrested at the scene.

FERNWOOD RD.,9200 block, 5 a.m. March 29. A residence was entered by force through a garage. Nothing was reported missing. A person was located nearby and arrested in connection with the incident.

DISTRICT 3 SILVER SPRING STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BROOKMOOR DR.,10100 block, 5:50 p.m. March 25. A burglary was attempted. A male, 15, and a man, 18, were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

NORTHAMPTON DR.,500 block, 1:30 p.m. March 26. A residence was entered by force. A Silver Spring male was arrested in connection with the incident.

PINEY BRANCH RD.,9100 block, 2 to 4 p.m. March 27. Two people entered an apartment. A Silver Spring male, 15, was arrested and charged with residential burglary.

DISTRICT 4 WHEATON STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CRISTFIELD RD.,12900 block, 3:25 a.m. March 25. An attempt was made to enter a residence. Police say the incident is domestic in nature.

WEISMAN RD.,2600 block, 1:30 a.m. March 28. Two men attempted to enter a residence by force. The men fled in a blue Honda Accord.

TAKOMA PARK

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

LOCKNEY AVE.,7900 block, 2:37 to 2:59 a.m. April 5. A residence was entered by force. A man, 19, was arrested and charged with burglary and malicious destruction of property in connection with the incident.
