DISTRICT 1 ROCKVILLE STATION

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CHARLES RD.,12000 block, 8:20 p.m. April 6. Two intoxicated men knocked on a front door of a residence and tried to enter. Two men, 21 and 26, were arrested at the scene and charged with attempted residential burglary.



DISTRICT 3 SILVER SPRING STATION

ROBBERIES

DOMER AVE.,500 block, 11:07 a.m. April 8. Two men knocked on a door of a residence and forced their way in at gunpoint when a man answered the door. The assailants forced the resident to the ground and demanded cash. A third man acted as a lookout during the home-invasion robbery. The resident was able to escape from the house.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ARRINGTON DR.,800 block, 11 a.m. April 1. Four male youths entered a residence. A male, 16, standing in front of the residence when police arrived was arrested in connection with the incident.

COLUMBIA PIKE,11100 block, 1:20 p.m. April 4. Two males attempted to enter a residence while a resident was inside.

LOCKWOOD DR.,11500 block, 10:55 a.m. April 8. Three males entered a residence. Nothing was reported missing.

MOSS AVE.,9900 block, 2:15 to 2:25 p.m. April 6. Three males entered a residence.

DISTRICT 4 WHEATON STATION

ROBBERIES

WEEPING WILLOW DR.,14200 block, 4:04 p.m. date unreported. A male youth was talking to a male youth, then ordered him to empty his pockets. The youth refused and ran to his apartment. The assailant followed him and cut through a screen door to enter the home. A male, 17, was arrested in connection with the incident.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

VEIRS MILL RD.,11700 block, 4 a.m. April 5. A man entered a residence and took property, but was interrupted by an occupant, and he fled. Property was recovered on the porch.

DISTRICT 5 GERMANTOWN STATION

PEEPING TOM INCIDENTS

GUNNERS BRANCH RD.,19600 block, 9:40 p.m. April 4. A woman heard a noise and when she looked out her bedroom window, she saw a man standing there.

DISTRICT 6 GAITHERSBURG STATION

ASSAULTS

SCHOOL DRIVE AREA,1 a.m. April 6. A male forced his way into the apartment of a female resident, grabbed a knife from the kitchen and attempted to attack her. The male fled before police arrived. A male acquaintance of the resident has been identified as a suspect in the incident.

TAKOMA PARK

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

MERRIMAC DR.,900 block, 11:34 p.m. April 14. A man and a woman took property from a residence and fled. A man and a woman were later arrested and charged with theft.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE.,7400 block, 5 p.m. April 11. A man was arrested on an open warrant and charged with fourth-degree burglary.

UNIVERSITY BLVD.,1300 block, 3:06 a.m. April 13. A man took property from a residence and fled.
