District 1 Rockville Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
JEFFERSON ST. E., 1600 block, 1:15 p.m. May 21. A man trying to break into a residence fled when confronted by an occupant.
VEIRS MILL RD., 12400 block, 11 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. May 26. An intruder was confronted in the basement of a residence. A male was arrested at the scene.
WESTLAKE DR., 10500 block, May 21. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.
District 3 Silver Spring Station
ASSAULTS
NORA DR., 1100 block, 1:48 p.m. May 24. A man standing with three other men in a driveway at a residence pointed a handgun at a female looking at them from inside. When she screamed, the men fled.
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
CASTLE BLVD. AND TEAGARDEN CIR., 9:07 p.m. May 11. Several people fought with a woman andfled with a book bag.
GEORGIA AVE., 10300 block, 1:30 p.m. May 19. Property was stolen from a residence. A man fled when confronted by a resident. There was no sign of forced entry.
KERWOOD RD., 12000 block, 10:30 p.m. May 24. An attempt was made to break into a residence.
District 4 Wheaton Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
ELKIN ST., 11600 block, 10:30 p.m. May 22 to 12:30 a.m. May 23. Property was stolen from a residence.
SADDLEBROOK DR., 12700 block, 9:20 a.m. May 19. Property was stolen from a residence.
UNIVERSITY BLVD., 1100 block, 10 p.m. May 20. Several people rang a doorbell at an occupied residence, then entered it by force. The intruders fled when confronted.
District 5 Germantown Station
ASSAULTS
LARK SONG DR., 13700 block, 4 to 6 a.m. May 24. An aggravated assault occurred at a residence. The assailant was arrested at the scene.
THUNDERHEAD WAY, 20300 block, 9:58 p.m. May 22. An aggravated assault occurred at a residence. The assailant was arrested at the scene.
WHITES FERRY RD., 1 a.m. May 22. An aggravated assault occurred at a residence.

CLARKSBURG RD., 13000 block, 9:35 p.m. May 18. A male tried to force his way into the residence of an acquaintance, then fled in a white 2000 Nissan Maxima.
SWEETGUM CIR., 19900 block, 4 a.m. May 23. A person tried to enter the residence of an acquaintance. An arrest was made at the scene.
District 6 Gaithersburg Station
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
SEVILLE WAY, 1 to 100 block, 10:25 p.m. May 21. A male entered an occupied residence, took property and fled when confronted.
TIMBER CT., 19500 block, 4 a.m. May 21. Property was stolen from a residence.
WALKERS CHOICE RD., 18600 block, 3:20 p.m. May 21. Property was stolen from an apartment.
WAYRIDGE WAY, 10600 block, 2:30 a.m. May 21. An attempt was made to break into a residence.

CEDAR LANE, 700 block, 9:45 to 10:16 p.m. May 29. A residence was entered. Nothing was reported missing.
JEFFERSON ST. E., 1600 block, 1:15 to 1:20 p.m. May 21. An attempt was made to enter an apartment through the front door.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS
CARROLL AVE., 8100 block, 12:50 a.m. May 31. A man tried to enter an occupied residence through a basement window. A was charged with attempted fourth-degree burglary.
